After a third-place showing last weekend in the Coca-Cola 600, The News-Gazette's Jason Randall continues to stall at 3-9 on the season:"Fans of the two-time defending champ, rejoice. Today's race (hopefully not washed out by rain) will be won by Jimmie Johnson in the No. 48 Lowe's Chevrolet.
"Johnson has found the speed this weekend. Starting fourth, the El Cajon, Calif., native has gotten better as the weekend has gone on. He was fifth fastest in the first practice, then led both the second and final practice sessions.
"Johnson is a three-time winner at the Monster Mile, and his fourth at the concrete circuit is his for the taking.
"Roush Fenway drivers Carl Edwards and Greg Biffle will be fast today as well, but Johnson's car is as dialed in as it has been all season, and he'll solidify himself in the top half of the standings in the race for the Chase with the victory."

Well you got close with Johnson..he was in the top 7. A lot of teams have got to be wondering how to catch up to Kyle Busch..just unreal.
I was impressed with Jeff Burton. Started 38 and finished 8..that is a good day of driving especially at the "Monster".
Several teams benefited from the big crash no doubt.
Pocono should be interesting.
