CUBS Night at Danville Stadium moved to Tuesday night

Tonight's scheduled CUBS Night extravaganza at Danville Stadium (Dans vs. Springfield) has been moved to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Please save your tickets and bring them Tuesday night (which is also $2 beer night; that is not the reason we moved CUBS Night to a Tuesday).

We'll still be giving away 8 authentic, full-size Cubs "W" flags, and have some other special events.

The Dans players had fun tonight, sliding across the rain-soaked tarp -- that is, until GM Jeanie Cooke came onto the field and ordered them into the clubhouse because of the lightning strikes lla around Danville. She's a smart woman.

See you Tuesday!

And yes, how 'bout them Cubs today? Two big wins in a row!
