A four-part series on public pensions that began today in the Chicago Sun-Times likely will include U.S. Rep. Tim Johnson, R-Urbana, who in addition to his current $174,000 a year congressional salary, last year received $64,554 from the legislative pension he gets for his more than two decades of seriec in the Illinois General Assembly.
