What they got from the Michigan game

Looking back at the previous blog:
1. Do not let them get their confidence! Michigan will be riding high coming off the big win over Wisky, they don't care how they played, they got the win. Looks a lot like the Penn State win for Illinois last year (except Illinois played better in that one).
Well, that didn't look so hot in that first quarter, but Michigan's confidence crumbled like a house o'cards when the Illini took the lead, and they played with their head hung low the rest of the way.
2. KICKOFF COVERAGE!
Much better, got the big turnover late.
3. Take away their options for their offense. They are still trying to figure out the Rodriguez spread. Make then one-dimensional with as few available weapons as possible.
Again, after that first quarter, they fell into step.
4. KICKOFF COVERAGE!
See #2.
5. Keep the running game active, but hit someone else on the passes but Benn. I know you want Benn to get the ball as often as possible, but if he's the only option, it will be exceptionally hard to do so.
Benn led the team in yards recieving, but it was Cumberland and Dufrene that got in the end zone with big plays. Pretty well done.
6. bleeding KICKOFF COVERAGE!
Yes, yes.
Got a bad feeling about this one...hope I'm wrong, but:
Michigan 31, Illinois 23.
Please prove me wrong, gentlemen.
Oh they did, and I don't mind one bit. Well done, gents. Now take care of business against Minny.
