NCAA condoning institutional racism

The NCAA has once again been shown to be run by a bunch of two-faced elitists. If you have a halftime show that might or might not be thought of as offensive to a minority, they'll come down on you like a ton of bricks. But the INSTITUTIONAL RACISM evident in the non-hiring of African-American head football coaches is not only tolerated, it's swept under the rug, and therefore, encouraged by pocket veto. How can any organization pretend to be taking a stand for racial equality and acceptance, and then allow the continued ceiling on qualified African-American coaches. I guess we should expect it from a group of people who've conspired to keep talented young athletes from earning money in professional sports before the NCAA can milk their share out of them. I won't compare these elitists to the slave owners of the past....in many ways, they're more devious than that.
