Description:
Join yoga teacher Grace Giorgio for an introduction to yoga. This two-hour workshop will begin with a background of yoga including philosophy, fundamental components of a yoga class, and styles of yoga. Explore yoga breathing practices and learn some basic yoga poses, including the Sun Salutation, that are typically found in a yoga class.
