Fireworks traffic plan in place for Champaign

CHAMPAIGN – Fireworks for the Champaign County Freedom Celebration will be tonight at Dodds Park in northwest Champaign, next to Parkland College.

The event has been marred with traffic snarls in the past since moving to Parkland two years ago.
