Oak Ridge Boys returning in December
CHAMPAIGN – The Oak Ridge Boys will be back in town this winter with two shows combined into one night.
The quartet will kick off its 7:30 p.m. Dec. 22 show at the Assembly Hall with four-part harmonies and hits from a span of three decades. The Oak Ridge Boys are famous for "Elvira" and "Bobbie Sue."
After a short intermission, the stage will be transformed for Christmas. It'll feature decorated trees, falling snow, and of course, the country group singing Christmas favorites.
Tickets range from $32 to $45 and go on sale Oct. 23 at the Assembly Hall Box Office, by phone at 217-333-5000 or at ticketmaster.com.
