Jolly Roger manager accused of writing bad check
URBANA – Michael Timpone, manager of the now-closed Jolly Roger Restaurant in Urbana, is accused of writing a bad check to an employee.
Timpone, 49, of Sidney was arraigned Wednesday on a felony charge of deceptive practices, in which he is accused of writing a check for $223, knowing that the amount of the check exceeded deposits in that account.
