Jury rules 61-year-old man's death a homicide
DANVILLE – Justina Villanueva said her parents left their Texas home because they feared for their safety, only to be shot to death in their new home in Danville about eight months later.
"They moved from Texas last year after my brother got murdered," Villanueva said of her parents, Felipe and Justina Alvarez.
