Champaign City Council will dig into snow removal proposal
CHAMPAIGN – David Meyer thinks a proposed city ordinance mandating sidewalk snow removal in certain areas is a bad idea.
Meyer is a downtown businessman, the owner of Meyer Drapery Service, 330 N. Neil St., and the Church Street Square building, formerly Robeson's, at the southeast corner of Church and Randolph streets.
