Man arrested for Haigh murders in custody at county jail
URBANA – A man accused of the murders of Jerry and Sue Haigh is now in custody in the Champaign County Jail and expected to be arraigned today.
Kenneth S. Kelly, 35, whose last known address was in Johnson City, Tenn., was transported to the Champaign County Jail after waiving extradition in Tennessee.
