Man accused of having cocaine
URBANA – An Urbana man who drew police attention by making "gun noises" at officers is accused of having drugs in Urbana.
Denaris T. Cooper, 18, who listed an address in the 900 block of North Harvey Street, was arraigned Thursday on a Class 1 felony charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. His bond was set at $7,500. He is to return to court for a pretrial hearing Feb. 5.
