New homes proposed on east side of Homer
HOMER – Some new homes could soon be sprouting up on the east side of Homer.
The Homer Village Board is holding a special meeting Monday night to set up rules to use tax-increment-financing district money to reimburse developers for part of their infra-structure costs.
