Two teens caught with heroin, cannabis, loaded pistols
URBANA – Two teens were charged Friday with possessing loaded guns with serial numbers obliterated, heroin and cannabis in a Champaign home.
Kevin Akins, 17, who listed an address in the 900 block of North Third Street, Champaign, and Qwantrell Ayers, 18, who listed an address in the 400 block of South Dodson Drive, Urbana, were each charged with defacing the identification marks of a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession with intent to deliver heroin, and unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis.
