Classroom technology helps kids find new world of learning
A small, plush teddy bear's arrival by mail provided Tuscola fourth-graders an opportunity for a highly international, high-tech learning experience.
After Christmas break, students in Shannon Smith's fourth-grade class welcomed Nounour, a stuffed bear with a blue plaid ribbon tied jauntily around his neck. The bear came with a video from his home, a classroom in Aberdeen, Scotland.
