'Three times is three times too many' for kids left on buses
VILLA GROVE – Amy McCullom says she was upset when she learned that her 3-year-old daughter, a special education early childhood student, was left abandoned on a school bus for nearly three hours on April 16.
"It hit me like somebody punched me in the stomach," McCullom said. "I was physically shaken."
