Potomac man facing new DUI charges in crash death
URBANA – Armed with new information about a Potomac man's history of drunken driving, Champaign County prosecutors have lodged additional charges against him.
James B. Daly, 40, was arraigned Thursday on two additional counts of driving under the influence stemming from the death of James Marron, 81, of Rantoul. Daly is being held on $250,000 bond.
