Jamar Smith dismissed from UI basketball team

CHAMPAIGN – Jamar Smith's basketball career at Illinois is over.

Illinois coach Bruce Weber announced Thursday that Smith has been dismissed from the program after violating terms of his agreement for a possible return to the team.
