St. Joseph man has second vehicle tipped over in store dispute
URBANA – A St. Joseph man said after the second of his two vehicles was flipped over last weekend by a man apparently upset with his son, he's wondering what's next.
Trent Evans, 25, of the 1700 block of Independence Avenue in Urbana, was charged Wednesday in Champaign County Circuit Court with criminal damage to property, a felony, for using a forklift to flip over Robert Lynch's van outside his St. Joseph home about 3 a.m. Saturday.
