Two men accused of giving alcohol to two underage girls

URBANA – Two men are accused of giving alcohol to two girls who became extremely intoxicated at a Champaign motel.

Timothy Ray, 25, who listed an address in the 600 block of North Fourth Street, and Courtney Wilbanks, 24, of Chicago were arraigned and pleaded innocent Wednesday to misdemeanor charges of endangering the life of children.
