Suspect pleads guilty to murder in Haigh case
URBANA – A third person allegedly involved in the murders of a Champaign couple found slain in their home is expected to be charged soon now that one of the killers has pleaded guilty.
Kenneth Sean Kelly, 35, whose last known local address was in the 1000 block of South Neil Street, Champaign, pleaded guilty Friday to the 2006 first-degree murder of Jeremiah Haigh.
