Urbana woman pleads innocent to stealing from neighbors
URBANA – An Urbana woman is accused of stealing from neighbors down the hall in her apartment building.
Rachael L. Tobias, 25, who listed an address in the 200 block of Wood Street, was arraigned and pleaded innocent Thursday to a Class 1 felony charge of residential burglary, which carries a mandatory prison sentence of 4 to 15 years upon conviction.
