Colorado fugitive arrested in Champaign
CHAMPAIGN – Champaign police on Thursday arrested a Colorado fugitive who has been wanted since last year.
Police arrested Aaron M. Smith, 38, at 3:15 p.m. in the 300 block of East Clark Street, Champaign, near an apartment building after receiving an anonymous tip, said Deputy Chief Troy Daniels.
