Most makes, models of cars still selling well in area
A successful businessman and lawyer, Ed Piraino enjoys both making and spending money. But not on gasoline.
"I just got tired of paying 70 to 80 bucks a whack," he said of filling his sport utility vehicle.
Most weeks, he's on the road to courthouses in Kankakee, Charleston, Tuscola, Paxton and Monticello. So he got smart about those runs, ordering a car that he and his partner, Terry Moore, first saw when vacationing in Italy several years ago.
