Man brought back from Florida formally charged in assault

URBANA – A man accused of a violent rape at the University of Illinois made his first appearance in local court this afternoon.

Justin Young, 27, who was arrested earlier this month in Florida on a warrant from Champaign County, was arraigned on a Class X felony charge of aggravated criminal sexual assault.
