Sales tax increase returns to ballot in Douglas County
TUSCOLA – In February, Douglas County voters rejected a half-cent sales tax increase for public safety, but county board Chairman Chuck Knox hopes things will go differently this time around.
"It is vital for the safety of the whole population of the county," said Knox.
