Champaign County circuit clerk: Frank gets 5th term

URBANA – It appears incumbent Champaign County Circuit Clerk Linda Frank will keep her job.

With all but a few precincts reporting, Frank, a Republican, beat Democratic challenger Kim Hooper by about 7,700 votes. Frank won about 41,000 votes, while Hooper garnered about 33,300.
