Champaign County recorder: Frasca re-elected

URBANA – As the apparent winner of her race, Barb Frasca is thrilled to be keeping her job as Champaign County recorder of deeds.

"I love my job and I'm so happy to be going back for another four years," Frasca said Tuesday night.
