An 18-year-old woman was walking east on John when she was approached by two men. One wearing a white shirt waved a hand as if motioning to someone. When the woman continued walking, the other man, who was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, ran out from behind a large bush in front of 202 E. John St., displayed a black semi-automatic handgun, and told the woman to stop.
