Court cases conclude with guilty pleas
URBANA – In criminal cases recently resolved in Champaign County Circuit Court:
– Lance Crockett, 47, homeless, was sentenced to nine years in prison for burglary. He pleaded guilty to entering Wal-Mart, 100 S. High Cross Road, U, on April 15, intending to steal. Assistant State's Attorney Sarah Carlson said Crockett was seen opening a bottle of vodka and pouring it into an empty pop bottle he had brought in.
