Philo resident still intends to open gun business
PHILO – A resident who asked if he could open a gun business in his home said he still plans to do so, but that he wants to do it right.
Sean Talbott on Wednesday told village board members that he has conducted no business since they decided that his proposed firearms sales and repair shop could qualify as a home-based business.
