The sky isn't falling, but the ceiling is

URBANA – Shellee Fuss had just sat down at her desk and fired up her computer about 8 a.m. Wednesday when she got a jolt without the benefit of caffeine.

"The ceiling fell," said the secretary in the state's attorney's office on the second floor of the Champaign County Courthouse.
