Why so much bad news about county home?

I'm just curious as to why The News-Gazette continues to publish so many negative articles about the Champaign County Nursing Home while neglecting to mention any problems occurring with the other nursing homes in our county.

When CCNH had the problems with the Illinois Department of Public Aid, why wasn't it mentioned that Carle Arbours was having almost the same problems at the same time? Why was this such a secret?
