St. Louis man killed in head-on crash

ARCOLA – A St. Louis man was killed early Saturday morning in a two-vehicle accident in Douglas County.
State police at Pesotum said Evan Dalgaard, 19, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident on U.S. 45 just north of Douglas County Road 400 N.
