CHAMPAIGN – Wayne Jackson wants people who can't get through the day without a hit of crack cocaine to know there is hope for a drug-free life.
The 44-year-old founder of Christians Rallying Against Crack Cocaine (CRACC) said participants will march Saturday through what he calls a "drug- infested" north Champaign neighborhood. After the march, they'll meet at a neighborhood park for free food, fellowship and entertainment. And they're inviting anyone to join them.
